Beacon System Info
The Beacon system is an online management tool designed by u3as for helping all u3as. Group Facilitators can use a simple interface to set up their group, add/remove their members, view "In Case of an Emergency (ICE)" details, send emails whilst keeping addresses private and optionally manage any group finances etc.

Meeting Checklist Info
To comply with our u3a insurance we need to understand the things that might cause an issue (and how to mitigate for them) when we meet in groups. These are mostly commonsense items, such as warning people about potential trip hazards, location of fire escapes etc. Please view Risk Assessment FAQs for more information.
Provided below are checklists for the most common ways in which we meet. Clicking on a checklist will download a document to your device, ready for you to edit and save. If you would prefer to view and then print a non-editable version, in order to add information by hand, click on the [name] .pdf version in the column next to it.
Please email your completed checklist to Kim at: Business Secretary or give in at the next monthly meeting and remember to share it with your Group, especially new members.
